Exalt Brands LLC (“Exalt,” “we,” “us”) operates exalthydration.com. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, how we share it, and the choices you have.

Text messages (SMS)

- California residents (CCPA/CPRA): you may have the right to know, access, delete, and correct your personal information, to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information, and to limit the use of sensitive personal information. Data retention
We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purposes described here, including fulfilling orders, honoring opt-outs, and meeting legal, tax, and accounting requirements. Consent records are retained to demonstrate compliance.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children
Our site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
